Eastern Management Group (EMG) has ranked Flowroute as top-rated SIP Trunking Provider for 2019 in Customer Satisfaction!
EMG surveyed more than 3,000 IT managers, and asked them to evaluate 29 SIP Trunk Providers based on six Customer Satisfaction Measurements:
- Technology and Product
- Purchase Experience
- Management Tools
- Total Overall Satisfaction
- Recommend to a Friend
The 29 SIP Trunk Providers were rated in each of the above Customer Satisfaction Measurements using a four-point scale, and compared against the average of all the other providers for each category (industry average). Then, each provider’s total average score was compared against all the others.
Flowroute received four stars in multiple measurements, beating the average in all six categories and coming in ahead of all the other 28 SIP Trunk Providers.
