Do you offer vanity or toll-free numbers?
Yes! For vanity numbers, choose a unique phone number that makes sense for your business from Flowroute’s large inventory of vanity phone numbers. We offer a large selection of toll-free inbound numbers as well.
Do you offer local phone numbers?
Yes! You can select local telephone numbers by area code in locations across the U.S. and Canada.
Do you offer international numbers?
Flowroute offers phone numbers for the U.S. and Canada.
Can I port a number to Flowroute?
Yes! You can port one or more numbers to Flowroute. Price breaks may be offered for large orders on a case-by-case basis.
Can I text and call on the same number?
Yes!
How much do your voice services cost?
All phone numbers cost $0.50 per number each month. If you are interested in volume discounts, please reach out to our sales team. Domestic inbound call rates are $0.005/minute. Domestic outbound call rates are $.00833/minute. Please see the outbound rates page for a detailed breakout. Toll-free inbound/outbound rates are $0.00975.
Do I have to purchase a bundle of minutes?
No. Flowroute does not limit calling by the number of minutes. We charge by the minute and only charge for the minutes you use.
Am I limited to a certain number of calls?
No. Flowroute does not limit calling by the number of call paths. We charge by the minute only with no limit on simultaneous calls or call volume.
How do I use Flowroute’s voice service?
Flowroute offers messaging services via API endpoints and can work with a variety of messaging gateways. We work with 3CX Asterisk, and FreeSWITCH, or you can build your own service we can integrate with.
