Bayan Towfiq is the CEO and a co-founder of Flowroute.
Bayan’s vision for the future of telecommunications keeps him actively involved in regulatory development, actively participating in FCC proceedings. In 2014 he was elected to the board of SMS/800, which oversees policy, administration, and routing for Toll-Free Numbers in North America on behalf of the FCC. He also sits on the board of Tech for America (T4A.org), an organization committed to redefining the public/private sector relationship, and is a member of the Seattle Symphony Board of Directors.
Eric is a serial business builder who has a passion for customers and scaling high-growth technology companies. As COO, he is responsible for product development, sales and marketing, customer support, and administration. Prior to Flowroute, Eric headed up global product and marketing in Amazon’s Local Commerce group. Before joining Amazon, he served as the President and COO at Hipcricket, taking the company public, and eventually selling the company. Harber served as VP of Corporate & Business Development at Qpass where he helped sell the company to Amdocs.
Sean Hsieh is the Chief Product Officer and a co-founder of Flowroute.
Sean’s lifelong passion for entrepreneurship, technology, culture, and design is the perfect foundation for his role as CPO at Flowroute. At Flowroute, Sean manages product strategy and ensures user focused development and execution. His marketing and design talents have served Fortune 100 companies including Apple, Linksys (Cisco), and Motorola, pushing forward new marketing ventures and fostering rapid growth. Sean holds a degree in Information & Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Darach joins Flowroute as the Vice President of Customer Success. He brings over 20 years experience building and leading customer support, customer success, professional services, and sales engineering teams for providers such as Contenix, Huawei/3Leafsytems, InQuira, Siebel/Scopus and Ingres.
Dan Nordale is the Chief Marketing Officer at Flowroute, responsible for the sales, marketing, and partner channels.
Dan came to Flowroute with a wealth of experience in enterprise communications. As CMO for Cyara, he led efforts that allowed large enterprises to deliver a superior quality, future-proofed customer experience. Prior to that, he drove the transformation of Nuance’s Enterprise Division from a speech and IVR application provider to a multi-channel virtual assistant solution provider. Dan also led Strategic Solutions at Genesys, where he expanded the Company into markets outside the core contact center.
Jeff Heinen is the Vice President, Engineering at Flowroute.
Jeff is a senior technology leader with extensive experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle. He comes to Flowroute with a proven track record for product engineering, quality control, and delivering major software product releases to the market, at both small startups and large enterprises. As an expert in Agile software development methodologies who has transitioned organizations from traditional development practices to Agile methods, Jeff is leading Flowroute’s transformation into becoming an Agile company.
