We offer a variety of incoming plans for your telephony needs. There is no "best plan", just a plan that will work best for you.
Standard - This pay-per-minute plan is extremely flexible. You can have bursts of incoming calls and not have to worry about allocating enough channels, you only pay for the minutes.
Flat Unlimited - This is a flat-fee service that you tie directly to a DID. It gives you unlimited free incoming calls and handles up to two simultaneous incoming calls on that DID. This is great for small business users.
Virtual PRI - A Virtual PRI is ideal for medium to large sized businesses. This will allow you to have pool of inbound channels to which you can tie any of your DIDs. Any DID tied to your Virtual PRI will receive unlimited free incoming calls. All you pay is a monthly cost per channel in your Virtual PRI.
US48 - $0.0195/min. This rate applies to all inner 48 states of the US.
Alaska / Hawaii - $0.0495/min.
Canada - $0.0695/min.
Pay Phone Surcharge - $0.95/call.
Toll-free Dip Charge - $0.0053/call to compensate the originating carrier for the SMS800 dip.
