Fixed DID Charges

Fixed DID charges include the non-recurring setup charges and recurring monthly charges associated with DID subscriptions. Inbound call rates are listed separately and depend on the billing option used for each DID (Per-Minute, Flat Unlimited, or Virtual PRI.)

Virtual PRI Channels

The pool of Virtual PRI channels can be shared among DIDs using the Virtual PRI billing option. Each channel provides the ability to receive one unmetered simultaneous inbound call.

Inbound Call Rates

* The Flat-Unlimited billing option is not offered for DIDs belonging to a DID Block.

Number Portability Orders

Number Portability allows telephone numbers residing with your existing provider to be transferred as DIDs into the Flowroute network.

Price breaks may be offered for large orders on a case-by-case basis.

* All numbers per port order must either be contiguous or be in the same ratecenter. Additional numbers that are not contiguous or not in the same ratecenter must be created as a separate port order.

Single DIDs

* Toll-free DIDs may only use the Per-Minute billing option.

** May vary depending on the desirability of the DID number pattern. Actual price is confirmed at the time of purchase for each DID.
